How website, scheduling, and ad-measurement information may be handled.

Meta ad measurement and your choice

On the homepage and free-call landing page, Service Path Solutions may use the Meta Pixel by default to measure basic website visits, visits to the free-call page, and completed Calendly bookings. A clear notice is shown on the website, and you may opt out at any time using Ad tracking choices in the footer.

If your browser sends a recognized Global Privacy Control signal, this website keeps Meta ad tracking off. After you opt out, the site stops sending future Meta events from that browser and attempts to remove the Meta cookies used by this site. An opt-out cannot recall information that was transmitted before the choice was made.

What Meta may receive

Meta may receive basic event data such as a page visit, a visit to the free-call landing page, or confirmation that an appointment was scheduled. Meta may use cookies or similar browser technology for advertising measurement, audience creation, and ad delivery according to Meta's terms and privacy practices.

The website is designed not to intentionally send diagnoses, medical records, VA ratings, Social Security numbers, dates of birth, detailed claim information, public-form answers, or Calendly form responses to Meta. Automatic Advanced Matching and the Conversions API are not enabled by this website.

Where the Meta Pixel is not used

The website code limits Meta Pixel activity to the public homepage and the free-call landing page. It is not intentionally loaded on the calculator, privacy notice, disclaimer, or client document-submission systems.

Information submitted through scheduling

When you open the Calendly scheduler, Calendly may collect information needed to schedule the call, such as your name, email address, phone number, time zone, selected appointment time, and answers to basic scheduling questions. Do not submit Social Security numbers, dates of birth, medical records, diagnoses, VA documents, detailed rating information, or other sensitive claim records through the public scheduler.

Traffic-source information

Basic campaign tags—such as source, medium, campaign, content, and term—may be passed to Calendly so Service Path Solutions can understand which marketing link led to a scheduled call. These tags are limited in length and should never contain personal, health, or claim information.

Service providers

The website may rely on third-party providers for hosting, scheduling, analytics, email, and security, including Netlify, Calendly, and Meta. Information may be processed by those providers as needed to provide their services and according to their own privacy practices.

Client records

If you become a client, sensitive documents and personal information are governed by a separate client document-consent and privacy process. Do not send sensitive records through social media messages or the public booking page.

Security and retention

Reasonable safeguards may be used, but no website, email system, scheduling tool, cloud service, or electronic transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely risk-free. Browser-based privacy choices may be stored on your device so the site can remember your selection.
