Meta ad measurement and your choice
Service Path Solutions uses one Meta Pixel on three generic public conversion routes: the homepage, the direct booking page at /book-call, and the advertising qualification page at /free-review. The same Pixel may measure permitted page visits, successful website callback requests, successful advertising-funnel contact requests, and confirmed Calendly bookings. Route-based generic events distinguish website activity from advertising-funnel activity. A clear notice is shown on the website, and you may opt out at any time using Ad tracking choices in the footer.
If your browser sends a recognized Global Privacy Control signal, this website keeps Meta ad tracking off. After you opt out, the site stops sending future Meta events from that browser and attempts to remove the Meta cookies used by this site. An opt-out cannot recall information that was transmitted before the choice was made.
What Meta may receive
Meta may receive a generic PageView, Lead, or Schedule event together with the public route where that event occurred. Meta may use cookies or similar browser technology for advertising measurement, audience creation, and ad delivery according to Meta's terms and privacy practices.
The website does not intentionally send names, email addresses, phone numbers, contact preferences, qualification answers, Calendly responses, diagnoses, medical records, VA ratings, Social Security numbers, dates of birth, or detailed claim information to Meta. Automatic Advanced Matching and the Conversions API are not enabled by this website.
Where the Meta Pixel is not used
The website code limits Meta Pixel activity to the homepage, /book-call, and /free-review. It is not intentionally loaded on VA-condition or claim-education pages, the calculator, privacy notice, disclaimer, secure uploads, Dropbox File Requests, client intake, payment or electronic-signature systems, client portals, or document storage.
Information submitted through scheduling
When you open the Calendly scheduler, Calendly may collect information needed to schedule the call, such as your name, email address, phone number, time zone, selected appointment time, and answers to basic scheduling questions. After a successful qualified contact submission on /free-review, the site may pass the submitted name and email address—and a phone number only when Calendly provides a verified supported field—to Calendly through its JavaScript prefill configuration so the visitor does not have to retype approved scheduling information. Qualification answers are not passed to Calendly. Do not submit Social Security numbers, dates of birth, medical records, diagnoses, VA documents, detailed rating information, or other sensitive claim records through the public scheduler.
Traffic-source information
Only the campaign tags source, medium, campaign, content, and term may be accepted for attribution. The site limits their length, rejects unexpected or personal-looking values, stores safe tags with the applicable Netlify form, and may pass the same safe tags to Calendly. Full query strings and form values are not used as campaign tags. Campaign tags must never contain personal, medical, disability, claim, credential, document, or form information.
Service providers
The website may rely on third-party providers for hosting, scheduling, analytics, email, and security, including Netlify, Calendly, and Meta. Information may be processed by those providers as needed to provide their services and according to their own privacy practices.
Prospect and client records
SPS requests sensitive documents only after the Prospect & Client Document Consent and Privacy Notice is signed. If a private pre-acceptance review is appropriate, SPS provides one unique Dropbox File Request connected to one private prospect folder. The uploader cannot browse the underlying folder or other files, and SPS does not reuse one public upload link for multiple prospects or clients.
Use only the unique Dropbox File Request or another secure method specifically provided by SPS. Do not send medical records, Social Security numbers, VA credentials, private identifiers, or sensitive claim records through the public website, scheduling page, ordinary email, unsecured text message, or social media. Never provide SPS with a VA.gov, Login.gov, or ID.me password or authentication code.
If SPS declines enrollment, submitted source records are deleted from active Dropbox storage within 30 days, subject to the limited exceptions stated in the signed notice. SPS may retain a limited administrative record as described in that notice.
Security and retention
Reasonable safeguards may be used, but no website, email system, scheduling tool, cloud service, or electronic transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely risk-free. Browser-based privacy choices may be stored on your device so the site can remember your selection.
