The SPS process
SPS keeps the public fit call, privacy consent, pre-acceptance records review, acceptance decision, agreement and payment, and active paid service separate.
Start with a free 20-minute conversation about your situation and SPS’s educational role. No records or sensitive information are needed to schedule.
If a private records review appears appropriate, SPS sends the Prospect & Client Document Consent and Privacy Notice for electronic signature before requesting any documents.
After consent, SPS provides a unique private Dropbox File Request. Submit only the requested documents through that secure request—not through public forms, ordinary email, text, or social media.
SPS reviews the submitted records only to determine whether the Claim Readiness Program appears appropriate. This review is not active paid service.
SPS makes a service-fit decision after the review. A decline is not an opinion about the validity or likely outcome of a VA claim.
If enrollment is offered, the prospect receives the current fixed-fee options, Client Service Agreement, and complete written terms. Active service begins only after SPS accepts the enrollment, the agreement is signed, and the required initial payment is received.
This limited review helps SPS assess whether the records and requested support fit its educational role. It is not a free version of the paid service.
For the records review, SPS uses Dropbox Standard, one private folder per prospect, and one unique Dropbox File Request. Prospects are not required to create a Dropbox account, and the uploader cannot see or browse the underlying private folder or other files.
Use only the unique Dropbox File Request or another secure method specifically provided by SPS. Do not send medical records, Social Security numbers, VA credentials, private identifiers, or sensitive claim records through a public website form, ordinary email, unsecured text message, social media, or the scheduler.
Never provide SPS with a VA.gov, Login.gov, or ID.me password or authentication code.
SPS does not intentionally place advertising pixels on secure upload links, client intake systems, payment systems, client portals, or document-storage folders under its control.
The File Request is closed. Submitted medical, military, VA, and claim source records are deleted from active Dropbox storage within 30 days, subject to the limited exceptions stated in the privacy notice. SPS may retain a limited administrative record of consent, receipt and deletion dates, the decline decision, and communications reasonably necessary for legal, compliance, or dispute purposes.
Straightforward fixed-fee pricing
If SPS offers enrollment, you will receive the current service fee, available payment options, Client Service Agreement, and complete written terms before deciding whether to enroll.
