VA claim education · document organization · claim readiness

You do not have to navigate the VA disability claim process alone.

Service Path Solutions gives you a consistent point of contact to organize your records, understand the process in plain English, and know what to do next—so you can move forward with clarity and confidence.

The problem SPS solves

The process is hard enough without feeling lost, rushed, or passed around.

Veterans often have records in different places, unfamiliar terminology to decode, and no single person who understands the full picture.

A consistent relationship

One person should know where you are, what you have gathered, and what still needs an answer.

SPS is built around a primary point of contact so you do not have to restart your story every time you ask a question.

01Know who to call

Scattered records

Dates, treatment history, symptoms, and daily limitations are easier to understand when organized into one clear picture.

?

Confusing language

Plain-English education helps you understand what the process is asking and why each stage matters.

The real cost of confusion

When the next step is unclear, people delay, guess, or rely on whoever answers first.

SPS helps replace guesswork with an organized path forward—without promising a rating or taking control away from the veteran.

The value

Clarity before action.

The goal is not to flood you with more information. It is to make the information in front of you usable.

01
UNDERSTAND

Understand the process in plain English.

Learn what common claim stages, evidence categories, examinations, and decision letters are designed to evaluate.

02
ORGANIZE

Organize your records and actual experience.

Bring dates, treatment history, symptoms, functional limitations, and unanswered questions into a clearer structure.

03
PREPARE

Prepare to communicate honestly and clearly.

Understand how to explain frequency, severity, flare-ups, work impact, and daily limitations without exaggerating or minimizing.

“I started SPS because I wanted veterans to have a more personal, straightforward option—one where they can ask questions, understand the process, and know who they are talking to.”
